Change screen resolution in Windows

To adjust the screen resolution in Windows, follow these steps:
  1. Right-click on the desktop and select "Display settings" from the drop-down menu.
  2. In the Display settings window, scroll down to the "Scale and layout" section and click on the "Advanced scaling settings" link.
  3. In the Advanced scaling settings window, turn on the "Let Windows try to fix apps so they're not blurry" toggle switch if you have any compatibility issues with certain apps.
Go back to the Display settings window and click on the "Display resolution" link.

Select the resolution you want to use from the list of available resolutions. Windows will show you the recommended resolution for your screen by default, but you can select other resolutions as well.

Once you have selected the resolution you want to use, click "Apply" to save the changes. Windows will apply the new resolution and ask you to confirm that you want to keep the changes.

If you are happy with the new resolution, click "Keep changes" to apply the new resolution permanently. If you are not happy with the new resolution, click "Revert" to go back to the previous resolution.

Note: If you have multiple displays connected to your computer, you will need to select the display you want to adjust the resolution for first, before following the above steps
